General Terms for Conditions of Sale
When purchasing a ticket to The Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Park, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below. Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully before using the Website. By using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and are specified on The Big Boing website.
All online, in person and telephone bookings require payment at the time.
Ticket Delivery
An email will be sent with all booking details to your nominated email address, once payment has been cleared.
Your purchase must contain your name, phone number, e-mail address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified in the booking information.
Refunds & Cancellations
All products and services are non-refundable, so please choose your session carefully.
Session time booking can be changed up to 24 hours before original booking only by telephoning or in person at The Big Boing, but no refund will be issued for not choosing your session carefully.
Cancellation due to The Big Boing cancelled session or error has occurred in booking will result in a refund. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, The Big Boing will refund the amount to your credit card for the amount charged originally.
Credit Card Security
When purchasing from The Big Boing Website your financial details are passed through a secure server. For credit card bookings through our website we use SecurePay as the payment gateway.
Any transmission payment made over the internet cannot be guaranteed totally secure. Therefore any credit card details are transmitted at your risk and The Big Boing has no liability to you for any financial damaged suffered.
General Terms for Jumping
- Risk of Injury: Jumping on trampolines can result in injury or death. All use of The Big Boing facilities must comply with the rules displayed on our website and throughout The Big Boing Arena.
- Child Supervision: Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
3. Drugs and Alcohol: Patrons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be
permitted to enter the jumping arena.
4. Broken Limbs: Jumping is strictly prohibited for anyone with broken limbs or in a
plaster cast, as it can cause further injury or harm to yourself or others.
5. Pregnancy Warning: Trampoline use is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant
or suspects they may be pregnant.
6. Grip Socks & Wristbands: All patrons must wear The Big Boing-approved grip socks
and an authorized wristband.
7. Supervision Required: Patrons may not jump on the trampolines without a supervisor present.
8. No Food or Drink: Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed on or near the trampolines.
9. Personal Risk: Use of the trampolines and foam pit is at your own risk, including
potential loss or damage to personal belongings.
10. Safety First: Patrons must prioritize the safety of themselves and others while at The Big Boing.
11. Follow Instructions: Staff instructions must be followed at all times for your safety.
12. Height Restrictions: Children under 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult on the main
jumping areas, except in the designated under-120 cm zone.
13. Outside Food & Drink: No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue, per
health and safety regulations. Except for water.
14. Instructor Policy: Only instructors employed by The Big Boing may provide instruction.
15. Ninja Course: Patrons must be at least 120 cm tall and wear enclosed sports shoes to
use the Ninja Course.
16. Promotional Use: By entering The Big Boing, you consent to the use of photographs or videos
of yourself for promotional purposes, including social media.
Important Reminder: Use of The Big Boing facilities comes with the responsibility to respect these rules to ensure
everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
