No self-catering permitted except for water
Self-catering is not allowed due to our Food Health and Safety policy. Patrons are welcome to bring along personal water bottles.
No self-catering for personal birthday parties (not booked with the big boing) including birthday cake is not permitted.
Refund Policy General Admission are non-refundable purchases, however you can reschedule for a later date/time. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule a ticket. Please note that there may be limitations on the dates/time you are able to select for rescheduling, including but not limited to, peak school holiday periods and public holidays. Please contact The Big Boing on 5493 6015 or email enquries@thebigboing.com.au to make an alternative date/time change.

School Day special finishes on first day of private school holidays each term and recommences on the day after Private Schools return to school. School Day Special.
